HP Sprocket 200 ne s'allume pas, voyant rouge clignotant pendant la charge

J'ai utilisé mon pignon quelques fois mais pas depuis plusieurs mois. Je l'ai chargé pendant plus d'une heure mais il ne s'allume pas. Lumière rouge clignotante pendant la charge mais aucun changement lorsque vous maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé. J'ai tenté une réinitialisation.
