HP Sprocket 200 ne se couple pas ou ne se connecte pas via Bluetooth

Scannez vos photos Sprocket Studio et Sprocket pour débloquer le contenu en réalité augmentée. ne s'affiche pas en tant qu'appareil.
J'ai réinitialisé le pignon plusieurs fois et redémarré mon Google Pixel 3a XL plusieurs fois également.
Le pignon est complètement chargé.
Les services de localisation sont activés.
Le pignon n'est pas non plus détecté à partir d'un Iphone 8. Il fonctionnait auparavant (bien que vous ne sachiez pas quel était le modèle de téléphone).

Following up… again.Please, please, please stop sending me canned replies. I AM UNABLE TO GO PAST STEP 3 BECAUSE I CANNOT CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH. The HP Sprocket does not show up as a device to connect to via bluetooth. I am unable to see it via my phone settings (Bluetooth scan) or through the Sprocket app.I am therefore unable to update the firmware.

I have the same issue. This worked perfectly for two years and now it doesn’t recognize the printer. I have reset it and changed and updated everything I can. Since it won’t find my printer I cannot update the firmware. Please do something! Have you upgraded the app? If so it has caused this problem.
