Impression HP Sprocket 200 avec teinte rose

J'ai une imprimante photo sprocket 200 qui imprime avec une teinte rose. Il ne semble pas y avoir de mises à jour du firmware disponibles et j'ai essayé d'utiliser la feuille de couleur mais sans succès. J'ai essayé d'imprimer 3 fois avec l'imprimante et chacune a été teintée de rose. Vraiment déçu car le papier photo est très cher et ces photos donnent à tout le monde un coup de soleil !

ECHO_LAKE I am an HP EmployeeI have done all these things and the printing is so bad. The colours are nothing like the original, there is a pink hue and the colours are washed out and some have lines through. I am also using the branded paper. What can I do? So much paper being wasted. So unhappy with this product.
