Clignote en vert et rouge et ne charge pas

J'ai eu mon pignon ce Noël, j'ai essayé de le charger et il ne s'allume pas du tout lorsque j'essaie de le charger, les voyants clignotent en vert et en rouge, j'ai essayé la réinitialisation et le travail a besoin d'aide.
