Erreur 0x6100004a sur une imprimante UP 6968

Salut,

 

Mon imprimante à jet d'encre HP 6968 a l'erreur 0x6100004a et indique qu'il y avait un fichier . Il n'y a pas de bourrage papier, mais maintenant les cartouches d'encre sont coincées à l'extrême droite et je ne peux pas les déplacer manuellement. J'ai vérifié toutes les cartouches d'encre et elles sont correctement installées. J'ai changé les cartouches noire et jaune la semaine dernière. Nous avons essayé d'imprimer quelque chose vendredi, et c'est alors que l'imprimante a dit qu'il y avait un bourrage papier. Est-ce que quelqu'un a vu ou a eu ce problème ?

    Welcome to the HP Support Community!
     
    I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
     
    1.With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    2.Remove USB cable, if present.
    3.Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
    4.Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
    5.Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
