J'ai des lignes qui apparaissent sur mes photos. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser, de repasser la carte orange et de changer le papier, mais en vain. Je n'ai mon imprimante que depuis 2 mois. Puis-je l'échanger avec HP ou dois-je me rendre chez Best Buy où je l'ai acheté ? J'ai adoré ma première série de photos mais déçu et frustré car je gaspille du papier photo !

I tried what was listed, which I had already stated in my original post. So I ran back through it just in case. I am wasting paper and continue to have 3 curving or sometimes straight dark lines through my prints. What else do you recommend? Or again how do I exchange this product and try again?? Frustrated…
