Des lignes sombres apparaissant sur mes tirages

J'ai des lignes qui apparaissent sur mes photos. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser, de repasser la carte orange et de changer le papier, mais en vain. Je n'ai mon imprimante que depuis 2 mois. Puis-je l'échanger avec HP ou dois-je me rendre chez Best Buy où je l'ai acheté ? J'ai adoré ma première série de photos mais déçu et frustré car je gaspille du papier photo !

  • I tried what was listed, which I had already stated in my original post.  So I ran back through it just in case.  I am wasting paper and continue to have 3 curving or sometimes straight dark lines through my prints.  What else do you recommend?  Or again how do I exchange this product and try again??  Frustrated…

    When was the last time the printer was working fine?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
