JE N'AI JAMAIS EU DE PROBLÈMES DE CONNEXION OU D'IMPRESSION DE MON IPHONE AU SPROCKET. MAINTENANT, IL MONTRE QUE JE SUIS CONNECTÉ VIA BLUETOOTH, MAIS DANS L'APPLICATION SPROCKET, IL RECHERCHE CONSTAMMENT UNE IMPRIMANTE ET NE TROUVE PAS MON APPAREIL. CELA N'EST JAMAIS ARRIVÉ AVANT. QUELQU'UN S'IL VOUS PLAÎT AIDER! MERCI!

If you still continue facing issues connecting your device to your sprocket printer, then please uninstall and reinstall your app.I hope this helps. I had the same issue until I uninstalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
I had this exact same problem today. I ended up deleting the Sprocket app from my iPhone and redownloading it. When I opened the app, it asked me to set up the printer and by following the prompts, I fixed this issue. Good luck!
