Je l'ai fait mais les miens impriment toujours de la merde, ils ne sont pas assez lumineux et la photo que j'imprime est claire et lumineuse mais sort de la lumière et de la merde

Don’t worry I’ll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Use genuine HP Sprocket Photo Paper.
Follow the below steps to reset the sprocket
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
