J'ai un pignon HP depuis quelques années et cette semaine, il a soudainement cessé de se connecter à mon téléphone. Il se connecte toujours à mon Bluetooth et il demande toujours à communiquer avec le pignon. Cependant, lorsque j'ouvre l'application, mon imprimante ne s'affiche plus et lorsque j'essaie d'ajouter une nouvelle imprimante, elle regarde pour toujours mais ne trouve jamais la mienne même si elle est connectée à mon téléphone. J'ai tout essayé sur la page d'assistance, y compris la mise à jour de mon téléphone, le chargement du pignon, le redémarrage de mon téléphone et la réinitialisation du pignon, et l'oubli d'autres appareils susceptibles d'interférer, mais l'application ne trouve toujours pas mon imprimante.
Très frustrant car je me connectais et imprimais très bien la dernière fois que je l'ai utilisé !

I have the exabyte same problem as Brooke16 and tried everything suggested by HP – not working. How can I get help from HP getting to use the product again???

Hi @Kumar0307, Thank you for responding, but I tried all the steps on the page you linked and my printer still cannot be found by the app. I also can’t seem to find a number to contact anyone from support.

Make sure the iOS device is up to date with its software. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print, and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
