Impossible de connecter l'imprimante au téléphone

Avait cette imprimante pour Noël. Fait tout ce qui est suggéré... Configurer... Redémarré, etc. Il ne se connectera tout simplement pas au Bluetooth. Est-ce que mon appareil est défectueux. J'ai essayé de voir si le firmware avait besoin d'une mise à jour, il ne me laissera même pas accéder à cette section pour regarder
