Impossible d'ouvrir Sprocket dans iOS 13 beta 6

@Qoodannywong, Welcome to the HP Support Community! iOS 13 is not yet released officially and the one you are using is a beta version which may not support the HP Sprocket app yet as it is still in the development stage.
