Je viens de recevoir mon pignon de remplacement 200 par la poste aujourd'hui. Je suis allé le charger. Je suis revenu plus tard pour essayer de l'allumer et il ne s'allume pas. J'ai essayé de le réinitialiser et rien ne s'est passé. Quelqu'un s'il vous plaît aidez-moi avant que j'aille ailleurs pour obtenir une imprimante réelle qui fonctionnera

Welcome to HP support community.
Reset the printer
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
