Lignes noires sur l'impression à l'aide de Sprocket

Je rencontre également le même problème. J'ai déjà fait ce qu'il a fait et j'essaierai de suivre vos conseils (HP asst). Ce ne sera que mon 2e paquet de papier Zink et je ne comprends pas si je dois remplacer mon imprimante si tôt. Cela ne fait pas un an que je l'ai acheté.

    Upgrading the printer firmware and cleaning the paper path rollers should improve the HP Sprocket print quality. Please try steps 3, 4 and 5 from this document.
