Ligne noire

J'ai le Sprocket Studio et presque toutes les photos que j'imprime, en bas apparaît une ligne noire. Certaines photos l'ont, d'autres non. Pourquoi donc? Qu'est-ce que c'est?

    Can you share a picture of the line which is coming at the bottom?
    Do you see the line in the print preview as well?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
