Pourquoi la qualité d'impression de mes photos est-elle si mauvaise ? Ils sont très ternes ou très rougeâtres... comment y remédier, le cas échéant, à part la mise à jour du micrologiciel ?

If you have already tried all the steps and the issue still persists, it could be a hardware failure.
