L'application se ferme soudainement lorsque je veux imprimer

lorsque je commence à imprimer avec mon Sprocket, l'application se ferme soudainement mais l'imprimante est connectée et mise à jour ; J'ai un iPhone avec iOS 9 ; l'été dernier l'application fonctionne mais maintenant je ne sais pas comment résoudre ce problème

I’ve a simple Sprocket (not a Studio or a Plus one) and I’ve already tried the advices and procedures suggested by the links you kindly sent me but I couldn’t find anything about this specific problem (nothing mentioned about the App) : it seems to be a bug on the App.
