Hola, tuve una impresora sprocket para Navidad el año pasado, tal vez la usé media docena de veces, la última vez en marzo, fui a usarla ayer y la puse a cargar, la luz roja se enciende durante unos 10 minutos y luego nada, no puedo conseguirlo encender,
¿Alguna idea?

Try charging the sprocket in a different wall outlet.
Try using a different cable.
If the printer does not turn on when you press the Power button, reset the printer with a straight pin to clear any errors.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
