Aparecen líneas blancas en las fotografías impresas por HP Sprocket

Hola, mi impresora HP Sprocket se ha cargado por completo y se ha instalado el firmware más reciente. Intenté restablecer la rueda dentada también, no sirve. Sin embargo, he intentado imprimir varias veces con el mismo resultado observado. Fotos adjuntas. Por favor proporcione una solución para este problema.

  • Same Problem for me too..Tried in iOS and Android, both have the same problem.It was printing fine till yesterday. After the Firmware Update, it started printing white lines, even running fingers over the print shows the ups and downs.. Tried RESET, no use.Tried disabling Reveal, no use.

  • No, solution u preferred doesn’t worked. Same white lines appearing in prints. Please provide another solutions asap.
