Actualización del firmware de HP Sprocket

Rueda dentada HP.

 

Errores constantes como:

- Error al descargar el firmware. Asegúrate de estar conectado a Internet (lo que hago a través de WiFi y datos del teléfono) e inténtalo de nuevo.

El firmware no se actualiza

- Etc.

 

Intenté el pinhole de reinicio de 3 segundos. Nada cambia.

 

¿Es realmente tan difícil ofrecer el archivo de firmware para su descarga directa y copiar y pegar el archivo en, por ejemplo, la carpeta «Phone: //Sprocket/Update»?

 

Me ha llevado 3 horas volver a intentar finalmente actualizar la impresora*****.

  • @franzrogar and @legdk I posted a response in another thread here. Try all or some of those steps.  Worked for me.  Hopefully it will work for you.

  • I get the same error messagewhen I try to update the firmware. I try to update because of the popup saying that there’s a new update. How to I update, when the download fails every time?
