No se puede descargar la aplicación HP Sprocket 200

Hola,
Acabo de actualizar mi Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 al sistema operativo Android 4.4.4, y cuando intenté descargar la aplicación para el HP Sprocket 200 me dijo que mi dispositivo no era compatible. En las especificaciones de hp se indica claramente que es compatible con Android 4.4, así que ¿alguien puede decirme qué pasa? Gracias de antemano por todas y cada una de las respuestas pertinentes.

Welcome to HP support community.
Update your mobile OS.
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
Open Settings.
Select About Phone.
Tap Check for Updates. If an update is available, an Update button will appear. Tap it.
Install. Depending on the OS, you’ll see Install Now, Reboot and install, or Install System Software. Tap it.
Then install the HP Sprocket app again
