Problemas para conectar Sprocket a la aplicación Sprocket

He restablecido tanto mi teléfono como la impresora de piñones, también cargué ambos y actualicé mi teléfono. Mi Bluetooth dice que está conectado a mi rueda dentada, pero una vez que entro en la aplicación y hago clic en agregar rueda dentada, dice buscar y no aparece nada. No he tenido problemas antes de que actualizaran su aplicación, mi rueda dentada estaba conectada y ahora no lo está. Quiero imprimir imágenes pero no puedo hacerlo si la impresora no se conecta.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIt could be an application issue, I would suggest you uninstall the HP Sprocket App from your phone and reinstall it.
Try connecting the device and see if that helps.
