Ninguno de los cables estándar que tenemos parece insertarse completamente en el puerto, por lo que no estoy seguro de que el puerto esté dañado (por la fuerza de un cable al revés, etc.) o si debo intentar conseguir un nuevo cable de carga especificado para Sprocket.

I don’t quite understand the issue here. What bluesheet are you referring to? Could you send a picture please? From where are you trying to print?
