Sprocket no imprime

¡Hola! He empezado a usar mi rueda dentada de nuevo después de un año y no se imprime. Utiliza la hoja de calibración y se conecta, pero cuando intento imprimir no hace ningún ruido, incluso cuando la aplicación dice que se está imprimiendo. He intentado todo lo relacionado con la solución de problemas, como restablecer, cargar y cambiar el papel para no saber qué pasa. No quiero que sea una pérdida de dinero. Gracias.
