Sprocket no se conecta a Bluetooth e imprime papel en blanco

Así que compré una Sprocket 200 e imprimí una imagen que se ve bastante decente. ¿Desde entonces? Cero conectividad, lo he reiniciado más veces de las que puedo contar, y decide imprimir hojas de papel fotográfico en blanco de vez en cuando. ¿¿Ayuda??

    I reviewed your post and I understand that the sprocket is not connecting to your phone and it is printing blank pages.
