Sprocket no carga ni enciende

Tengo problemas con mi hp sprocket. Recientemente lo compré hace aproximadamente 2 días y ahora, cada vez que intento cargarlo, la luz de carga está en rojo fijo y luego se apaga. Intenté reiniciarlo y encenderlo y no funciona. Por favor ayuda.

my sprocket 2-in-1 will not turn on and it doesn’t light up when charging. it won’t turn on how many times i try. please help i love this thing !

I did plug it in for it to charge but the red light would only stay on for about 10 minutes and then it goes off and I can’t print anything.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeDid you try to plug the sprocket for charging: Does it light then? Can you try to make it print when charging? Could possibly indicate something about the issue.
