Sprocket no acepta la impresora que había usado anteriormente

No había usado mi regalo de Navidad desde entonces, estaba ocupado después de las vacaciones y ahora el virus... quiero imprimir fotos pero ahora dice error con la impresora.

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the sprocket to print. I’d be happy to assist you.

    Which device are you trying to print from?
    Which model sprocket are you using?

    Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
