múltiplos de impresión de rueda dentada

Después de seleccionar la foto para imprimir en la aplicación HP Sprocket, presiono el botón de imprimir, pero en lugar de imprimir la foto que dije que imprimiera, imprime 2 copias de la misma foto. No sé por qué está haciendo esto, pero solo presiono el botón de imprimir una vez. ¡Cualquier ayuda o sugerencia sería muy apreciada!

flower_Bud,Resetting it completely fixed my problem! I had just got the printer when it started printing duplicate photos so I was very concerned that there might be something wrong with the one I had bought. Thank you so much it’s working perfectly now!

No worries, as I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: When was the last time it was working fine? Were there any recent changes made? To resolve this issue, please perform reset on your printer:
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure 1: Locating the reset button
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Once completed, please try printing. Keep me posted.
