Líneas/rayas de impresión de rueda dentada

Vi muchos otros hilos antiguos donde se discute este tema, pero no veo ninguna conclusión.
Mi Sprocket de repente comenzó a imprimir líneas/rayas blancas en todas las impresiones.
He intentado todos los pasos mencionados en el manual/guía de HP, a saber. calibrando con el papel de color azul, reiniciando la impresora, pero sin suerte.
Supongo que el problema comenzó después de actualizar el firmware al último (1.1.8). He desperdiciado varios papeles Zink debido a este problema.
Cualquier dirección concluyente seguramente ayudará.
¿Hay alguna manera de degradar el firmware y probar si esa fue la causa principal?

Same problem here. Checked the solutions on this forum, which are not helpful.

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeThere is no option to downgrade the firmware. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Improving Print Quality
If you have tried resetting the sprocket using the pin hole and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
