Sprocket Plus no permanecerá encendido sin mantener presionado el botón

He cargado completamente el nuevo sprocket plus y he usado 1 lote de 10 papeles. Rellené y el sprocket plus solo permanecerá encendido e imprimirá si mantengo presionado el botón de encendido. He reseteado y sigue igual. Por favor ayuda. Gracias

Reset the printer-
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
