Mi impresora fotográfica sprocket no funciona bien porque cada vez que intento imprimir algo el papel que sale de la impresora se queda en blanco. He intentado todo, subí todo, ¡nada funciona! Qué debo hacer ?

I’m sorry that you have an issue with your Sprocket printer. To fix this issue, try the steps below:
1: Upgrade the Sprocket firmware
2: Clean the Sprocket paper path rollers

If you have already tried all the steps in the suggested document, please contact our phone support regarding warranty and service options.
