Sprocket está conectado por Bluetooth pero la aplicación no lo encuentra

Tengo un Sprocket de primera generación que hace tiempo que no usamos. He actualizado la aplicación en mi dispositivo iOS y me está guiando por la configuración. Puedo conectar la impresora a mi teléfono en Configuración> Bluetooth, pero en la aplicación, no localiza el Sprocket y solo aparece el mensaje «no podemos localizar un Sprocket cercano». He intentado todas las vías, restableciendo el teléfono, restableciendo la aplicación, olvidando el dispositivo, luego restableciendo el Sprocket y empezando de nuevo... nada funciona. ¿Es demasiado viejo? Eso es un asco porque pedimos un montón de papel de impresora para ello.

KrazyToadI Am An HP EmployeeWe have researched on this issue and the older Sprocket does not support multiple Bluetooth connections. If you have paired other devices to the sprocket, then it will not show up in the App.
On all your iOS devices go to Bluetooth settings and forget the printer. Next Reset the Sprocket once again. Reset the printer after it is forgotten from all devices.

I see that you have already reset your Phone and the Printer as well but the issue persists.
May I know the iOS version on your phone? Also provide me the complete Sprocket Model or the Product Number
