Sprocket APP - no carga la galería de Facebook

Después de la reciente actualización de software, mi aplicación Sprocket ya no muestra mis imágenes de Facebook. Intenta cargar pero el ícono simplemente gira y gira. He intentado:
- Eliminación y reinstalación de la aplicación
- Iniciar y cerrar sesión en Facebook
- Borrar la caché de la aplicación
Mi Instagram, Google y Gallery se cargan. Incluso puedo ver que Facebook ha iniciado sesión correctamente, ya que muestra mi foto de perfil.
¿Alguna otra idea de cómo puedo cargar las imágenes?

Try updating the facebook app
Make sure the phone is up to date.
Open the HP sprocket app.
Tap the Menu icon , tap sprocket, and then tap Printer Settings.
The Sprocket information screen displays.
Look for a Sprocket firmware upgrade.
If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
If a firmware upgrade does not display, the Sprocket firmware is up-to-date.
You can now connect and send print jobs to your Sprocket and check if it works?
If the issue persists, Reset the Sprocket using the below steps.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
