sprocket 200 no se conecta a ningun dispositivo bluethood

hola chicos, pidiendo un dolor de cabeza que tengo con este pequeño dispositivo, la rueda dentada 200 no reconoce mi teléfono ni ningún teléfono, restablecí más de una vez e incluso restauro de la tela y no pasa nada, utilicé e imprimí algunas fotos bastante buenas pero ahora, no aparece, y siguiendo algunos consejos eliminé de mi teléfono para ponerlo como nuevo y me encontré en este bucle.

¡¡por favor ayuda!!
