já fiz reset e setup várias vezes mas a app nunca reconhece que a impressora está ligada e emparelhada.
TAMBIÉN, ¿HAY UN TRUCO PARA ENGANCHAR LA TARJETA MICRO-SD SIN MANTENERLA FÍSICAMENTE PRESIONADA TODO EL TIEMPO? ESTE ES UN PIÑÓN DE REEMPLAZO CON EL MISMO PROBLEMA QUE EL PRIMERO.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Open the Sprocket app.
Touch the Menu button in the upper left corner.
Select “Print Queue”
Select “Printers”
Slowly swipe left on the photo(s) you wish to delete.
Unfortunately, there is no way to trick the Sprocket in doing that.
