Me quedan 7 meses de garantía de fabricante. ¿Podría indicarme cómo debo devolver mi impresora fotográfica HP Sprocket a HP en el Reino Unido para que la reemplacen?
La calidad de las impresiones ahora es inaceptable y el producto no se ajusta a su propósito, a pesar de seguir los pasos descritos en los foros para que otros usuarios solucionen el mismo problema. Parece que no estoy solo.
Incluso compré varios paquetes nuevos de papel y también los probé.
Parece que la magia del interior se ha ido después de solo aprox. 40 impresiones y 5 meses.
