Problema conexión bluetooth Hp Sprocket Studio

Tengo mi impresora hoy.No se conectará a la aplicación aunque esté conectada a bluetoothla impresora se apagó repentinamente y después de eso, la impresora ya no apareció debajo del bluetooth.lo he intentado todo. ¿Qué podría estar mal? el campo "seleccione un accesorio" está en blanco cuando intento imprimir.no puede encontrar la impresora.probé con dos teléfonos iPhone y reinicié todo. ayudame por favor.

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document.
If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.
Check for any software updates on the iOS device.
Go to Settings > General > Update the software
