Imprime fotos con líneas cruzadas

Mi HP Sprocket recientemente comenzó a imprimir imágenes con líneas muy visibles en la imagen. Creo que salta cuando se imprime, por lo que la calidad es realmente mala. Estaba bien antes, pero de repente algo comenzó a imprimirse raro. Lo restablecí y usé el papel azul pero aún no funciona.
