Ayuda Compré esto para mi prometido para el Día del Padre y quería probarlo antes de dárselo en caso de que tuviera que devolverlo y bueno, acaba de estar sentado con la impresión en el momento, pero no las ha impreso, parpadeará la luz indicadora roja, pero no dirá cuál es el error y luego pausará el cue y luego vuelvo a estar listo para imprimir, estoy muy confundido, ¡por favor ayuda!

During a print job, the Sprocket stops feeding photo paper, the Status Indicator light turns red and blinks, and one of the following error messages can display on the HP sprocket app.
Out of Paper
Top Cover Open
Paper Jammed
Incorrect Paper Type
Kindly refer to this document for more info and how to resolve it.
KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeIf you are not able to connect the sprocket to the iOS device, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
