Impresora - rueda dentada 200

Mi impresora no funciona. Parpadea en rojo mientras está cargando pero ha estado cargando toda la noche, si quito el cargador e intento encender la rueda dentada, no pasa nada sin importar cuánto tiempo mantenga presionado el botón o cuántas veces lo presione. Intenté pulsar el botón de reinicio mientras la impresora estaba en carga y la luz blanca del otro extremo de la impresora empezó a parpadear. No puedo encontrar respuestas en ningún sitio de Internet para esto o en la guía que obtienes cuando obtienes la impresora. También intenté restablecer los valores de fábrica y tampoco funcionó porque no puedo encender la impresora cuando no está cargada. ¿Alguna idea?????

I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
Select the country.
Enter the serial of your device.
Select the country from the drop-down.
Click on “Show Options”.Fill the web-form.
A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
