«Sin papel» cuando está medio lleno.

NOTA: estoy usando un iPhone SE y tengo iOS 11. Actualicé este teléfono a iOS 11 aproximadamente en septiembre. La última vez que usé la rueda dentada sin problemas fue en agosto.
Así que he estado tratando de imprimir esta foto con mi HP Sprocket, pero por alguna razón, cada vez que intento imprimir esta foto, recibo una alerta que dice "sin papel fotográfico" y que debo volver a cargar. El problema es que ya tiene unas 6 o 7 hojas ya cargadas. Hace unos meses usé las primeras 3 o más hojas del paquete y no hubo ningún problema con la impresión, pero ahora no imprime. Busqué en Internet por posibles razones y me di cuenta de que tiré mi hoja inteligente azul después de usarla por primera vez para este paquete de papel fotográfico. ¿Es esa la razón por la que no reconocerá que hay papel? Si es así, ¿qué sucede con las 6 o 7 hojas que quedan en la rueda dentada? ¿Están desperdiciados? O hay una solución a esto. ¿Cómo hago para que mi rueda dentada use el resto del paquete de papel de zinc?

If the paper has been in the printer for some time it may curl due to humidity. I would suggest the following: remove the paper from the printer and lay it on a flat surface. If the paper does not lie flat take note of which way the paper is curled and gently roll the paper in the opposite direction until it will lay flat. Load the paper back in the printer and try again.
