Atasco de papel inexistente

Mi impresora ha decidido repentinamente que no imprimirá hasta que elimine un atasco de papel que no está allí. El único mensaje de error que recibo es eliminar el atasco de papel y presionar Aceptar, lo cual no puedo hacer porque no hay un atasco de papel para empezar. Accedo a mi impresora de forma inalámbrica, pero sigo recibiendo el mensaje si intento imprimir directamente desde la impresora.

 

¡¡Por favor ayuda!!

    This could be a hardware issue with the unit.

    You may select the country and type the product# of the unit and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact HP phone support.

  • Hi thereYes I keep getting the paper jam message but there isn’t a paper jam at all. The printer pucks up the sheet of paper as if to print then stops giving the false paper jam message.Very frustrating to say the least ☺
