Mi rueda dentada no retiene la carga y parpadea continuamente en rojo/verde

Hola,
Tengo una rueda dentada que dejó de cargar. Comenzó a parpadear en rojo y verde al mismo tiempo.
Encontré algunas respuestas sobre cómo restablecerlo, reinstalar la aplicación, etc. y las probé todas y nada funciona. No retendrá una carga el tiempo suficiente para hacer algo. Me encantaría un contacto para hablar con una persona real.
