Mi Sprocket solo está lleno al 100 % cuando se está cargando

Hola.

1. Mi HP Sprocket Plus parpadea muy rápido en rojo y amarillo en el indicador de carga cuando se está cargando.

2. Solo puedo encenderlo cuando se está cargando y se imprime en blanco. Cuando quito el cable de la carga, no se puede encender.

3. Cuando la rueda dentada está cargada, se refleja como 100 % de batería, pero cuando se quita, dice 0 %.

Espero que este problema pueda resolverse.

Reset the printer

Turn on the printer.

Remove the paper cover by sliding it away from the output slot, and then set it aside.

Slide the paper cover

Remove the paper cover

Locate the Reset button.

Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.

Turn on the printer.
