Mi rueda dentada está conectada pero no se empareja y he intentado reiniciar

He tenido mi rueda dentada durante aproximadamente un año y funcionaba bien hasta ahora que fui a usarla, pero no se conecta pero dice que está emparejada. Ya busqué en Google y ya intenté restablecerlo, elimine la aplicación, reinicie mi teléfono, pero no funcionará.

Hello, and welcome to the forum! I am the lucky owner of a Sprocket plus myself, and I found that it is a great little product. The Sprocket can only connect with one mobile device at a time. Please check that you don’t have another mobile device paired with your Sprocket. Hope this helps. I am not an employee of HP
