Mi sprocket 2 en 1 sigue apagándose cuando lo enciendo.

Hace poco descubrí mi rueda dentada después de limpiar mi habitación. Al principio no se encendía en absoluto sin importar lo que intentara. después de intentar cargarlo y dejarlo reposar durante un par de días, se encendió y funcionó normalmente. Después de usarla durante un par de días, la luz de la impresora se volvió roja aleatoriamente y se apagó. Cuando dejo reposar la cámara durante un par de minutos y la cargo de nuevo, se volverá a encender, pero luego de unos segundos se apagará con la luz roja y dejará de funcionar. He intentado todo lo que puedo y agradecería el apoyo.

  • Its not charging, however I’m leaving it plugged in , the red light on but no charge, I think its a hardware issue

  • My 2in 1 sprocket is just new and its its of battery, when ever I’m plugging it in its switching on and off in 2seconds, And its its not charging even after hours although its new and never used, I need solution please
