Mi impresora no reconoce el papel reconoce el papel

Mi rueda dentada no reconoce que hay papel y luego, cuando voy a imprimir, dice que necesito agregar papel.

Así que traje un paquete nuevo porque el periódico ha estado ahí como un mes y todavía no funciona, y me preguntaba si alguien sabía qué hacer.
