Mi teléfono está conectado a mi Sprocket, pero la aplicación Sprocket no detecta la impresora.

Entonces mi teléfono se conecta a través de Bluetooth sin problemas. He usado la impresora antes sin problemas. ¿Pero ahora la aplicación Sprocket en sí no parece detectar la impresora? Esto NO tiene sentido para mí considerando que el teléfono está conectado, Y he usado la aplicación para imprimir en el pasado...
¿Alguna idea? Ya probé la solución de problemas básica; reinicié mi teléfono, reinicié la cámara con el botón pin, etc. No puedo comprobar si hay una actualización de firmware porque la aplicación no la detecta.

Hi, If you are using an iOS device ,then can you please try the following steps:1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps. I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
My phone is showing up the printer but it won’t connect to it. It says there is an error. I’ve tried all the steps I’ve seen to try and fix it but it’s still not working!
I have the same issue after the software update…..
