Mi hp sprocket no enciende

Por favor, ¿pueden ayudarme? Le compré a mi hija la rueda dentada hp para Navidad y le encanta. Imprimió 3 imágenes y no estaba segura de cómo quitarlas. Volvió a usarlo después de 3 días y no se encendía, así que lo cargó y aún no se enciende después de cargarlo.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Don’t worry, I’m here to help!
Let’s try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer.
2) Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
3) Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
4) Turn on the printer.
