Impresión de líneas en una impresora HP Sprocket

Tengo una impresora go sprocket que ha estado funcionando bien pero ahora está imprimiendo cada imagen con líneas negras verticales (4 líneas negras). He probado a cambiar el papel (es papel oficial HP) y su firmware está actualizado. ¿Alguna sugerencia?

    If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
