Acabo de comprar HP Sprocket. Usando iPhone7 i0s11.2.1 - no imprime

Configuré el HP Sprocket como se indica en las instrucciones después de la compra y descargué la aplicación para mi iPhone 7. Tengo una foto en la cola con un emparejamiento bluetooth exitoso, pero no se imprimiría. Sin mensaje de error, sin luces parpadeantes, sin respuesta de la impresora. La impresora está completamente cargada, el papel se ha instalado correctamente. Lo intenté de nuevo después de restablecer. Por favor avise

When did this issue start?
Did you do any hardware or software changes?
Meanwhile:
Update the HP Sprocket app on your mobile device.
Or Uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store again.
